Rancho Land Associates, Inc. ("RLA") is a small family-owned and operated real-estate brokerage in Temecula, California. Founded in 1977 by Roger Epperson (pictured right) and Steve Bowie (not pictured), the company has deep roots in the local community and a legacy of providing trusted and professional real estate services.

In 1978, Steve's wife, a schoolteacher in Temecula, introduced Neil Cleveland (pictured left), a fellow educator, to Steve. Not long after, Neil joined forces with Roger and Steve, becoming Roger's business partner and future Best Man. Steve left to pursue other endeavors and together, Roger and Neil began a lifelong career selling real estate, developing land, and eventually expanding into the development and management of commercial properties.

Known for their innovative and community-centered approach, Roger and Neil played pivotal roles in shaping the Temecula Valley's landscape, contributing to its transformation into a thriving hub of residential and commercial development. Over their 45-year journey together as business partners and lifelong friends, Roger and Neil built a legacy rooted in honesty, fairness, and a sterling reputation among colleagues and associates—not only in Temecula but throughout California.

In July 2023, Roger passed away unexpectedly from a sudden illness, leaving behind a profound legacy in the Temecula Valley. Roger is survived by his loving wife and two children, who have stepped in to support Neil during this new chapter, ensuring that the values and traditions established over decades of partnership remain at the forefront of the business.

Neil, Roger's lifelong friend and business partner, has embraced the responsibility of carrying forward their shared vision. He continues to manage the property portfolios of both the Epperson and Cleveland families, skillfully balancing the stewardship of these assets with his passion for real estate. In addition to overseeing these portfolios, Neil remains involved in retail brokerage deals from time to time, leveraging his extensive experience to deliver personalized and professional service to clients.

Today, Rancho Land Associates stands as a testament to the enduring partnership and friendship between Roger and Neil. It remains a small, family-owned and operated brokerage, deeply rooted in the community it helped shape and continues to uphold its reputation as a trusted name in the Temecula real estate market.
